How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Follow these steps to track your package:
- Open the email you received from Direct Lane Shipping.
- Click on the tracking link provided.
- Enter your tracking number if prompted, and view the status of your shipment.
Tracking Information Not Received?
If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our customer support team at support@example.com for assistance.
